The short version
Oakbench stores only the data you put into it — your account details and the projects, tasks, customers, and revenue information you create. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for advertising. You can delete everything at any time from Settings.
What we collect
- Account information — your email address and password, used to create and protect your account.
- App data — everything you add to Oakbench: projects, tasks, customers, revenue events, content assets, and cross-sell rules.
- Usage data — basic technical logs (e.g. error reports) to keep the service running. No behavioural tracking or analytics.
How we store it
Your data is stored in Supabase, a hosted database platform with row-level security. This means your data is completely isolated from other users — no one else can read or access it. All connections are encrypted over HTTPS.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data to anyone.
- We do not share your data with third parties, except as required to operate the service (e.g. Supabase as our database provider).
- We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
- We do not use tracking cookies or cross-site analytics.
Your rights
You own your data. You can:
- Export it — use the CSV export in the Analytics section at any time.
- Delete it — go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our systems.
- Request a copy — email us and we'll provide an export of everything we hold on you.
How long we keep it
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed. We don't keep backups of deleted accounts.
