What Oakbench is

Oakbench is a free venture management tool for founders and solopreneurs running multiple projects. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One person per account. You may not share your account with others.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Oakbench.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. All your data will be permanently removed.

Your data

You own all the data you put into Oakbench — your projects, customers, tasks, and revenue information. We don't claim any rights over it. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how it's stored and protected.

Acceptable use

You may not use Oakbench to:

• Store or distribute illegal content.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service.
• Do anything that could damage, disable, or overburden the service.

Service availability

Oakbench is provided free of charge and on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee uptime or that the service will be available at all times. We may update, modify, or discontinue features without notice. We'll do our best to give advance warning for anything significant.

No warranty

Oakbench is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of the service. Always keep your own backups of anything critical — you can export everything as CSV from the Analytics page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Oakbench after changes means you accept the updated terms.
